This home renovation in Windsor was carried out for a builder, who has undertaken a number of turn-key projects for ONE20 Architects.
This home was the winner of the Build Magazine award for “Most Transformative Small Residential Development” in 2015. The project involved gutting the existing small terrace and building a small extension at the rear. This opened up the the home and completely transformed it. The Building was completed on time and on budget in 6 months for under $250,000.
